If Ray Ray can get away with it then Ahern should too. There was a body found and he knew him! no eye witness saying they saw Hernandez shoot him, no gun found (that we know of). They can charge him with 'potentially' messing with Evidence but even then he could argue that......Again all this is possibly wishful thinking.

He could just play the I havent done anything but they wanted me to go so I cooperated and went.

they def seen to have wanted this picture of them making the arrest out for whatever reason, doesn't make sense he wasn't allowed to turn himself in. i'll be surprised if the charge isn't murder or conspiracy of murder.
