Why not just throw it away? Smashing a phone in todays world doeant end the issue. I woulda thru it in the Atlantic. Or put it in Tebow's locker. Last place woulda looked.

How does this effect him on the field?Can Pats suspend him,League? I know its innocent until proven guilty but if Pats think Tebow signing was a distraction this will be.

Charged with a crime or not, he will likely get suspended. See Ben Roethlisberger two years ago(6 games reduced to 4).
As to what the Pats will/can do, I honestly have no idea, it's a mess.

The story is hot right now,but Tomorrow everybody will be talking about the Finals
and next big move in this case will be the arrest.After the high bail post...things will be quiet for a week or two about Hernandez. Once Pats Training Camp opens up...Hernandez will be all we hear about.
