This was 2 days before the murder, my theory is, and what I assume the investigator and prosectors is as well, is that Odin and Aaron were casual friends, becoming close…but Odin wasn't really with it like Aaron was, and Aaron in a alcohol/drug induced state confesses to Odin, either on some self serving/self righteous 'I had to handle my business you know'? or some regretful, tearful confession…I am guessing the former, but either way….Then realizes the danger of this, and decides Odin has to go to.

The twelve jurors have spent nearly 20 hours over four days considering whether to convict Hernandez of the June 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd. Lloyd was dating the sister of Hernandez's fiancee. Hernandez's lawyer acknowledged the former NFL player was there when Lloyd was killed but says he didn't do it.
Deliberations ended for the day at 1 p.m. Friday
Jurors are scheduled to return to court Monday. Deliberations typically last from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., although jurors may go later if they wish.
In addition to the murder charge, they must decide whether to convict him on charges of illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Decent chance he beats the murder charge, and get's years on the gun chargers. Dude still has a double murder case after this one, so he is going to be in jail for awhile regardless.

It's mind boggling. Allegedly Ahern killed two dudes in a drive by, then killed Llyod(The case that is going on now) over stuff about the double homicide. And the Double homicide charge that he faces next, apparently was over a spilled drink in the club. And that does not included the guy he shot in the face that testified against him.
