Honestly the big difference between the two cases is in the Lloyd case, none of the alleged accomplices are snitching and they don't have the weapon. In this double murder case it sounds like they have the accomplice because they allegedly have Hernandez saying "What's up now nikka" just before he let off them shots and then a few minutes later him saying "I think I got one in the head and one in the chest". Only way they would know what he said is if whoever was in the whip with him is talking. Not to mention the prosecutors were talking bout Hernandez at the crib the next morning checking the TV and the internet specifically looking for news on the Boston homicide. Again how would they know what the nikka was doing in his house unless someone is talking? They basically have where he was before the murder, during it, and after. Plus the gun? It's a wrap.
