I'm just going by what people who claim to know him have said. They stated that Aaron and Carlos were at the club when Odin was shot. There were 3 separate vehicles that took them all separately to the club that night. Cell tower pings do not add up and Aaron was nowhere near when Odin was shot. The car the saw go down the gravel path was not the same car Aaron arrived home in. Aaron was handing out gum like candy. So...

They also mentioned that his cell phone was damaged (which could happen at anytime) shyt, we've all cracked a screen on the phone, broke something on it, and still tried to use the bytch while cutting our fingers up. The security tape was NOT destroyed as reported...

Nikki Hernandez is suggesting possible alibis.

Odin sent out a "NFL" text minutes before he was killed, Aaron was clearly with him when he was shot. This alibi isn't making sense.

She's some lady infatuated with him on that site . Not a family member or anything :whoo: I'm pretty sure the cops looked into his alibi

What does that have to do with checking your alibi :rudy:what are you even trying to say

i mean unless you can clearly see hernandez in the car from those surveillance stills you cant actually prove he was there

the prosecution still has to PROVE he pulled the trigger, the defense has to only create doubt

i mean it looks bad right now but his defense team is pretty good

i think hes guilty as hell but you never know, the jury might be filled with pat fans who just look the other way like

I agree. The way this man came out of his, spitting on the ground, just walking calm and not tryna hide his face. Plus in court he was just there, not nervous or anything (at times seemed disinterested). Most people, let alone athlete, would be bytching and crying and pleading "sorry your Honour give me one more chance" but surprisingly he was actually a man about it. Seems like he knows whats up.

Everyone is hating on him recently but there was never any question about his behaviour in the locker room or on the field. No suspensions or fines if I recall. Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyone know if he was a wild kid growing up or what? Trouble with the law? etc.

Even though I'm a fan of Peyton and these Pats kept beating us all those years, I respect good talent (as I have with Brady a lot recently). So hopefully he can beat this case and go back to catching TDs. If Casey Anthony and OJ can beat it, who says he cant? Atleast it takes in Mass. so there might be some diehard football/Pats fans on the jury who will sway with him. Also, usually in Toronto murder trials, if lucky take place 2 years after the arrest, usually 2 1/2 to 3 and that's with the person in custody. How long would this take to get to trial?

Btw, didn't know he was that young, just a year older than me. Young cat.

:dahell:

The delusion on this earth is astonishing

This man caught a body maybe two more and you utter some stupid shyt like this. "Everyone is hating on him recently" :smh:

Ehh your right but from what we heard so far and then reading that ladies post I can't believe the police would arrest him for murder if his alibi was so easy to prove . Hell his lawyer would of had these charges thrown out already

If that bail hearing was any indication about the state of the DA's case, they are more than prepared and that was before arresting the 3rd suspect.

I know . If the evidence was as weak as the lsa alley person is suggesting this case wouldn't be proceeding , not saying he won't get off due to fukkery but it won't be that easy

Even if they had it out for him and didnt check his alibis. You dont think his lawyers would have brought it up during the bail hearing?:shaq2:
