Ratchet is a subjective adjective so each persons understanding of it will be different. And contrary to what anyone thinks it is now used world wide. Europeans don't live in a cave. Ratchet is now part of every day language here now and according to how it's used here long stringy weaves demonic eye brows etc fall under that. Maybe the way Europeans have interpreted and use ratchet in their day to day language is different to how Americans use it. who knows.... It's whatever. Not worthy of a 2 day debate.

It's clear that he conspired to have this guy killed. He is a coconspirator. He was at the scene. Doesn't matter who pulled the trigger at this point.
