even if hernandez didn't pull the trigger he can still be charged with murder. i don't think they waited this long to bring charges based solely on circumstantial evidence.

either he's gonna turn on the person who did it or the people who knew about it are going to turn on him so they don't get time.

still baffles me how people with money think they can get away with anything. that rich privilege only gets you so far, and it usually doesn't extend to the legal system. at least for minorities it doesn't.
