I personally believe Ancient Egypt was home to Black and Berber looking ass nikkas. Anything else doesn't bother me since I have my own culture and tradition to embrace.
Don't know why the AA breh in OPs video would trek all the way to Egypt to say the current inhabitants arent Ancient Egyptian when that is a well known fact. That's like a Egyptian person trekking to America to say he isn't a "true" American.
The Ancient Egyptian race theory is so pointless to even debate in 2016. It's African history and that's all that matters.

No one is against that. But a lot of AAs I met IRL or on the internet seem to care only about Ancient Egypt because of the race theory. Ancient Egypt is incredibly overrated.
