I got to think back in my day when I was clubbing. The main reason I stopped was because I got tired of yelling at the top of my voice over that loud music, trying to rap and dance with the girl at the same time, only to be barely heard, or barely hear her back.
I see hear her saying stop. But maybe only the microphone was picking up her exact words, or her voice period. Like I indicated in the paragraph above, I could barely hear jack with the girl I was dancing with face to face. When they have their back turned to you, you're not going to hear every syllable, unless you have doberman ears. The dude banging her from behind, this could have sounded like groaning to him. My point is, if she was conscious enough to record this, she was conscious enough to at least turn around and tell him to stop, or at least turn around period, instead of letting him feel all over her breast. It appears she already had her top down.
I don't know what you really call this, but it looks like they both have issues, especially the girl. And I don't want to hear that "she was drugged" talk, unless she was unconscious during the act, which she clearly wasn't. And I'm not buying that everybody just stood there in watched story. If they did, they probably thought it was consent because she was conscious, and she never really turned around. Looks like she let the dude go too far, then felt guilty after he was already in her. If any of you were there, you probably would have done nothing either by the way it looked.
A few weeks ago I shared a little about the Brian Nichols story, that also happened down here in Atlanta, which was in 2005. It stemmed from his girlfriend or ex girlfriend, accusing him of rape. After going on trial again after a hung jury, this b-more brother snapped. And you know what happened after that. So if you coming down here, you better be careful with some of these women. What you think is consent, they can turn around and say it wasn't, and you could wound up charged.
