I agree but a willing participant of what? What do we know for a fact he did? The problem is we don't know what he was doing we literally dont. You say "2 minutes rape videos" but we dont know if he rapped her or not. A woman screaming stop and crying is not evidence of rape, again thats a fact.

Another way to put it, say you were dancing behind a chick thats on some molly no touching no nothing and she starts screaming "stop" and crying, does that mean you rapped her?
