We can argue about this for days and nothing will change. Adding a player like Deni is ok if your front court is loaded. The warriors can no longer compete with mediocre guys up front, gasol is washed and byrnes is ok. Now that klay is gone this team has to be a top 5 defensive team to compete this season. Let’s see what other moves they make

They need defense, a back up PG, and vet Center. They need to trade Smiley asap. Need his spot.

Honestly, I like our young guys and I think we played well last year (not taking wins/losses into account). Losing Klay is devastating but adding Steph and a re-energized Dray to our numbers last year would have made a big difference.

I guess I'm saying (hoping?) Is they all got good experience last year and are ready to carry the weight this year.
