Technically, he did snitch because the whole point of the RICO charge is that YSL was a gang/criminal organization. Well actually he can. Again, that’s an out of court statement. The DA can’t come into court and say “well Gunna told us…”. He would have to get on the stand and say it which apparently is not gonna happen.

But trust there is far more evidence that will show it’s a gang. Gunna admitting that in his interview means little to nothing.
