Yall do realize most people take plea deals right? How do you think people kill someone then end up doing 10? By taking a plea aka admitting a wrong doing. Instead of doing 30 for first degree murder by taking it to trial and blowing it, you admit to the crime and get 10 for manslaughter instead. This is how the feds maintain their 90% conviction rate. Thug is more likely than not also going to plea out.

Was the same thing with Bobby shmurda, he took a plea (admitted to wrong doing and taking a lesser charge) and got 7, if he took it to trial they probably would've gave him 25 if he blew it.
