Is that a naked ass dude on the cover?
Aside from that nonsense, I'm pleasantly surprised with this album rollout

if qtips last solo is any indication it will not be anywhere near trash
I wondered a bit about that, but I'm buying it of respect and appreciation. I do, however, think this will be at least good. The Love Movement is their worst by their own admission, and I would bump that over 75% of the rap I like of the past few years. It sucks that Dilla isn't here either, but people forget Q-Tip is crazy behind the boards. His ear for loops alone should get him a pass. Unless this isn't sample based, I refuse to believe this will soind like trash. I'm really hoping it actually sounds like a New York album. Maybe it could spark some true NYC Hip-HopHe's had some interesting collaborations in the past few years - a bunch of artists ranging from Esperanza Spalding to Pusha T - I think his understanding of music is probably way broader than it was since 'The Love Movement'. Wouldn't surprise me if he picked up a bunch of tricks since ' The Renaissance' too.
Kendrick is the greatest rapper of all time. This is atcq passing the batton on to him.
My favorite part off that album. I have no doubt Q-Tip is gonna cook something up for this.Hope it gives me the same vibe as the last half of that one record on the documentary 2. Think it was "circles"
