I think Steph is excited about the challenge of proving folk wrong. As far as DLo, You can definitely tell that dude is happy to be a Warrior which is refreshing after last season. That Looney and the DLo interviews are dope. Loon has a Shaun Livingston quality to him, always level headed, calmly confident. DLo seems honestly excited to be here, like this is what he's been waiting for.
I know (as difficult as it may be to voice) that this year will be tougher than some of the others on the past 5, but I really expect us to be good (still) this season. Just in a different way. I understand that we're going to have to be more disciplined on the defensive end, but I have faith that the adjustments will be made.
BTW, maybe it's just me but I get the vibe from Steph's interview that he's got a chip on his shoulder. Almost irritated, ready to get this sh*t started.
I
Can't
Wait
After listening to Omari Spellman's few interviews here I think dude has the mindset to have a bounceback season. He knows he's here because of his weight issues and already lost a significant amount of weight since summer camp.
Accountability is a great trait to have.
#1 seed breh? I love your optimism. Truth be told I'd lightweight prefer we barely got in the playoffs so we could keep our first round pick and knock off a top seed in the first round of the playoffs once Klay gets back in rhythm. What the league should be scared about with the warriors is not only the core is retained but they got younger just like that... don’t be surprised we are the #1 seed going into the Allstate break..
Top 4 seed come playoffs
I don’t know man,, Steph and DLO going to be a dangerous back court...#1 seed breh? I love your optimism. Truth be told I'd lightweight prefer we barely got in the playoffs so we could keep our first round pick and knock off a top seed in the first round of the playoffs once Klay gets back in rhythm.
Best of both worlds.
