A part of me thinks they hope they won't have to take him and would prefer the second pick if he went first. Don't see them wanting a guard but I'm probably wrong about this.

Been listing to a lot of podcasts, and people seem to think that they will take Edwards for the upside, and a potential trade chip. I think he can average 12-15 for the warriors next year otb if Kerr plays him. Other players that have been talked about for the dubs, LaMelo, Killian Hayes, and obi toppin. A lot of the cats not high on wiseman.
IMO LaMelo could be a beast IF he landed here AND completely bought into the system (including shooting/coaching). I feel like if goes to an undisciplined team/organization then those chances (of him panning out) go down dramatically.
The problem with Wiseman is that there are only 3 college games to judge him by. But those highlights looked nice and again, he reminds me of a young Dwight Howard.
Could Chriss provide the same or more is my hang-up. If so, then there are other options. Just depends on where we pick.
And then there are trade options.....
