No need for the asterisk talk. Whoever wins the championship wins it fair and square. Injuries are a part of the game. That’s why everyone says you need some luck to win a championship. Are you lucky enough to stay healthy through 4 rounds of super high intensity basketball?

This was a great run, one that I thought I’d never see in my lifetime. Anyone talking shyt about it would trade situations in a heartbeat.

Just some closing thoughts
-Game 6 Klay is a real fukking thing

- Steph’s play in this game disappointed me, but I still fukk with him heavy. I wish he was more aggressive especially early on to combat the Lowry explosion.
He was pacing himself breh. Last 3 games he was tired in the 4th so he was tryna pick his spots. Then he got to the 4th without Klay and they went to that damn box:snoop:.

We fought tho. Everyone else would have folded in 5 game or got blown off the floor.

Yep, this is why small guys usually don't win finals MVP. They can't apply much force on the game if the shots aren't falling like a guy with the strength to get to where he wants to go.

Plus they had the box and 1 on him, tell me a guy under 6'5 that can overcome that in multiple games.
His game 3 performance let me know everything I needed. He getting that FMVP eventually. :banderas:

As a Kobe stan but a Steph stan first I feel inclined to remind everyone Kobe didn't get his first FMVP until his 6th Finals trip. Also Steph played better in this Finals than Kobe did in 2004 or 2008.:yeshrug::sas2:
