If black women have reproductive issues during the pregnancy doctors wont be allowed to operate or intervene for fear of prosecution because of awkward laws around saving the life of the mother. Many black women are already dying because of delayed care or lawyers making doctors wait until patients are on death’s door before acting.
Plus, abortion is an intrinsic to a sense of freedom and destiny about one’s own life.

I think y'all let the demographic that overwhelmingly gets abortions convince you it's a bigger issue for ALL women than it really is.
Most cac women will not get an abortion in most cases except rape or medical.
There's no reliable empirical data on rape or abortion or how they intersect because more rape victims who need abortions aren't going to run and tell the press or a researcher. So we have no idea how common it is. I will say that rape and abortion are under-reported and significantly in states that restrict abortions and have low rates of prosecutions and sentences for rapists.
