First off Obama was trash & got bamboozled by the white men he had around him . We learned that the weapons of mass destruction was all a lie & he stayed in the Middle East & they stayed for another 13 years . His administration staged the Syrian gas attack to destroy Syria . He bombed Somalia & destroyed Libya . He failed to shut down GITMO & his administration put an embargo on Venezuela . The dude was worthless & a tool for white supremacy. Kamala would of been the same .
I mean in general democrats let the public down. But Republicans are going to collapse society as we know it.

Let's see what Cheeto does with the EPA & IRS . What exactly did we get from the build back better bill . The IRS is slated to get 80 billion to improve efficiency , what have they done with the money they got to hire more people, get software to provide consumers a better & free way to file . Why isn't the IRS sending out a letter to people that actually owe money or just sending people they owe a check . What did the telecoms do with the money they got . Was anything accomplished with that big spending bill ?

You could have put all that in chatgpt and had it summerize it.
Here’s a summary of the key points:

The author shares their diverse background, including life experiences across different social circles, education in media and business, and career shifts from supply chain management to PR and marketing. This unique perspective gives them insights into societal and political trends, particularly in the U.S.

They argue that Democrats have lost touch with working-class voters, especially since the Clinton era and globalization. This disconnection has worsened as economic shifts left some Americans feeling alienated, leading to support for leaders like Trump, who appeal more to "low-information" voters focused on simple, tangible issues.

The author sees troubling trends ahead under potential renewed Trump leadership: increased deportations, crime, inflation, unemployment, and strained international relations. They express concerns that unchecked capitalism, along with rapid technological change (especially automation and AI), is outpacing society’s ability to adapt, worsening economic disparity and societal division.

The author foresees a fragmented political right, with different factions vying for influence but possibly failing to work together effectively. They caution that this chaotic situation could lead to economic instability and social regression.

Their advice: prepare for challenging years ahead by securing finances, strengthening social networks, and being cautious about long-term commitments like starting a family. Ultimately, they call for resilience, suggesting that everyone in the U.S. will need to learn and endure in this unpredictable period.

Breh...my family and I went to this museum downtown and seen the hardships of black folks and how we managed to survive. The slaveships with the feet hanging out of the walls, and the guns used for the civil war. We have always been survivors and warriors in life. Thus why this shyt shouldn't fade us. Goddammit, both of us (Philly bulls) came from the trenches and know how the game goes. You survive Philly, you can survive anything.

At this point of my life, I'm looking at this as opportunity because this time around, I know how the movie ends, I know the scripts, and prepared for the better strategy.

Its not even about protecting self, its about gaining all the knowledge you can. As knowledge is power and a plan is bulletproof.

All in all:

Agreed with all of this.

OH
I know one thing, all this upcoming economic upheaval is motivating me to lock in and finally focus on my goals starting in 2025.

Because once his ass gets back in the White House, it's gonna be sink or swim for real :francis:

Brexit :ohhh:

fukk, I think you got it figured out. :wow:

Mix in the oligarchy pushing for what they want and yeah.
It's wild that people would accept a diminished quality of life just to say they are above a certain demographic of people. That's what people don’t realize. But that's what oligarchy does.

It makes sense. It takes a special kind of stupid to retreat from the global economy that was designed with you to be on top, and I think Social Media has made people just that gullible due to it being nonstop propaganda. Plus all the news about how Russia was behind the scenes pushing Brexit. They’ve played the US and the UK the same way since we are so similar z

The only push back I could maybe see is America isn’t the UK in size or Russia with decades of established oligarchs and a strong dictator to keep them in line. The US has the state system, which by design might keep this from working. Governors, attorney general, state judges. There’s enough resilience there to resist these changes in the short term and that might be all they have to do this.

Edit: I also think they sold it bad here. In the UK they spent years promoting hate to get a solid block of voters. Here it seems like they sold People part of the package to vote against themselves, and there are a lot of people who didn’t vote out there. It’s not set up to last like Brexit.

Ok I read like about 70 percent of Ted Talk :deadrose: . And I realize that you were spitting especially concerning how the Dems used to be blue collared. I feel like they lost the identity the moment they focus more on progressive nature and not so much the common man. Clinton while he was wishy washy, basically gave heads the vision of progress as folks around that era were balling off of the dot.com steez alone.

The reality is that this whole election and results are mainly tired people from whiney cacs, to dumb ass migrants that think "they are not like us", while their asses getting the boot out of the country.

For the first time, this is not our battle and will never be. Lately, I have noticed a shift involving black folks, as we're slowly realizing that we all we got. Let them suffer because their destiny is not like ours because God is on our side.

I look at this as the movie people refuse to see, but I am in front row hogging up the good seats to embrace. Yall are about to witness the fall of Babylon and yes it will suck but we will be alright.

If you are in a rustbelt, its going to suck but if you got a plan, go for it.

If you have a dream, embrace it.

This negative reaction, will be a positive breakthrough on our behalves as it always do. Hell, we survived two Bush terms....just sit back and enjoy the movie.

DON'T ENGAGE AND SEE THE END RESULTS!

Somehow I read all of that and the only thing I came away with was: when did we have a Black and Koala Coalition? :dwillhuh: :ohhh:
