Make sure to eat a high protein diet and to find a workout patnah who's slightly bigger but has the same goals. That sh*t can be a great motivator.

Also, try upping the grams of lean animal protein you eat by about 15% a week. Peanut butter is a good between-meal snack that can keep your metabolic rate up while helping to add mass with oils/fat.
