Won't lie fam.. I constantly have to tell myself this.. I started lifting hardbody in January. And I be like :to: why aren't I swole :noah: it's funny cuz everyone around me can see a major difference. . But to me..I look like that same outta shape nicca..

i stopped thinking about getting gains every few months and just made this shyt my lifestyle. If u have a target date set in your mind (lets say 6 months from now) and u are not happy with the results,it will discourage u and make matters worth. I just say fukk it and eat clean and work out. The results will come on their own. Im hoping next summer ill get my dream body though :sadcam:

Been power-lifting for the past four-five years (not competitively, just training style) to build that dense muscle tissue. I was inspired by these powerlifters who go on a cut and end up looking amazing (dave gulledge, babyslayer, etc.).

I think I'll spend the rest of the fall and winter bulking up and hitting my strength goals before I cut down to (hopefully) 190lbs. shredded and be on my :takedat: all next summer and the rest of my life.

You see yourself everyday, but other people don't, so when I first started getting compliments, I was like :dwillhuh: "Really?"

I keep neglecting this but the starting pictures always have me :scusthov:

Yoooo every time I look back I just say hellll no. The two times I started up and did before pics I had to email em to myself and delete them off my phone with a swiftness. Never know when someone is gonna be askin to see some pic you have and flip through to that :flabbynsick:

the ONLY wack thing about living in South Florida is you almost gotta keep a beach body year round. End of December-middle of February is really the only down time as far as beach season, shyt is tough, man. Doesn't give you any time to slack or even just heavy bulk.

It's been interesting to see the changes

I haven't kept an official picture log but I have pictures from vacations and shyt... never been truly brolic but there were times I was decently lean

Got a lot more lean mass now... def excited to see what I'll look like once I drop all this damn fat. I might take monthly pics through this cut
