Africans already do not consider 'biracials' Black African, thats the main difference between how Africans and African Americans view race. Africans generally are tribalistic because of their vast number of diverse cultures. they are very particular about what tribe and ethnicity you are, hence some of the ethnic wars years back. Theres no way a mixed person can get away with calling themselves Black in Africa..the majority race never considers outsiders as their own, Africa is no different. White men said biracials were Black in order to keep their race pure and had no need for more people anyway as they are the majority.
