lets get that exact recipe breh

Start off by heating up the meat(Don't fully cook it, but get it started and simmering) in a pot with a beer (I use a "BASS" or "Modelo") and olive oil
1lb ground turkey meat
1lb spicy italian sausage (broken up) or 1lb of diced chicken

Add ingredients in this order...

2 or 3 cans of peeled plum tomatoes
1 can of beef or chicken stock
1 can of black beans
2 cans of Kidney Beans (light or dark)
2 diced garlic cloves
1 diced scallion
1 diced pepper of your choice(Green is my personal favorite)
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 table spoon paprika
1 tablespoon of chipotle powder

salt and pepper to your taste...

Slow simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours stirring every 20-30 minutes...

Optional add ons to the finished product: Diced Cilantro leaves, Sour Cream, Shredded cheese, diced Avacado

*Also, Just note if you don't want to get all of those spices(Chili powder, paprika, chipotle powder, onion powder) you can always just buy a couple packets of those prepackaged store made chili mix packets... Sometimes I'll add half of one with the spices I listed above...
