From what I read of that shower thing, guy was reading signals wrong and got a little too aggressive. It was a female staying in a hotel with him after a night of drinking, I would think that's leading to fukking too. I wouldn't have jumped in the shower myself but I'm just saying in that situation, it wasn't a cut and dry assault. See the thing is, let's not try and pretend that homegirl who at best was ambiguous with her intentions, justifies the dude being a creep, no does it exonerate his creepy previous behavior. It also doesn't change the fact that he was presenting himself as a bastion of women's rights when he was acting like a hypocrite the entire time.
What it does show though that like many have already said, being in certain situations with members of the opposite sex, especially when you have a partner, opens you up to potentially inappropriate behaviour that you could of shut down by not putting yourself In said situation in the first place.
Grown men and women who aren't related and aren't looking to do shyt together should not be traveling alone, getting drunk and sharing hotel rooms. That shyt is red flag city. Straight up.

Nothing will replace Neogaf. Closest you will get is Reddit and even Gaf itself gets alot of news from Reddit. Both are cac sites so fukk em. The Arcadian can be the premier forum for black gamers with a big enough push behind it, but devs and celebs wont ever post here because you know we are black. fukk em.
The thing about insiders on Gaf is that you have the group that wants the information and is glad to have insiders but you have another group that has more sway that wants anyone spreading false news to be banned to keep the site pure. As you can guess if someone has early information and shares everything they know of course in some instances they may be wrong or things will change by the time they could be proven right. So you have a group of members in Gaf that will then demand the insider be banned for spreading false information even though in the past they have been mostly right. Now nobody wants to risk losing an account to spread information to some ungrateful b*stards who will look to get you banned if any portion of your information is off.

If this situation happened to someone on here they'd be laughed at,roasted,scolded about how that is not how you supposed to act.
But this was the owner of neogaf. A man who cultivated and fostered very carefully a hyper liberal cartoonish cavalcade army of self righteous ultra feminist do gooders. If some alt right or republican idiot did this they (and the owner) would have their pitch forks out and they would be crucified by them. They would not settle for anything less than that person being fired and trying to destroy that persons life. Because they've done it before.
This is the equivalent of a man raising a farm full of pigs to eat humans and he gets eaten by them.

Good Riddance, I was banned from Neogaf for simply posting a Riley from Boondocks .gif saying "Stop Snitching" in a thread where Gafers were complaining about the report system not working properly on PSN. They deserve whatever they get. Forum full of completely emotional and irrational children.
No I don't. There's a lot of shyt people do that I'd never do though. For example I don't drink alcohol period cause I think it's stupid to ingest a substance that lowers your inhibitions and essentially makes you not your usual self. I can see a drunk guy doing this and since he backed off it ended up harmless and awkward but not much more. Doesn't strike me as predatory it strikes me as stupid.
