I am not feeling the idea of picture photo identification for a forum for many reasons especially it would already be obvious why if you are than 23 years old and have basic common sense...

Like in other orginqziaontns and things in real life younger gradual consequences not just one size fits all penalty or punishment ( like a backwards 3rd world country, yeah Insaid it sorry, and you know what I mean, this is Murica! people, we have civilized justice system with differing penalties based on how much or what you do wrong.)

6th to 8th offense temp ban 1 to 3 days.
More ban days can increase
The idea is to curve Behaviour not just banish just to do it or with a personal motive.
