Disney is no longer trying to force arbitration and will agree to a regular trial.
But still haven't changed its terms and conditions.

Meaning if you go to any Disney resort and something happens to you, you better not have Disney Plus.

Was it a free trial? Does he still have Disney plus? If not, doesn't all contractual obligations seize once you cancel your subscription :lupe:
