Honestly, it doesn’t matter 2nd or 3rd. A 2nd round clash with the Celtics is inevitable at the 2nd or 3rd. Obviously we get home court in that series if we the 2nd.

Thibs doesnt play the seeding game, so it doesn’t matter who is at 6 or 7. Probably looking at magic, pacers or heat in round 1.

Gotta be Mikal's best all-around game of the season, no?

His defense on Morant might've hopefully unlocked what we've been waiting for.
Keep the streak going...tough teams on the way.

The crazy thing is he defended Trae Young really well too, but Young knocked down a bunch of super deep jumpers. If I remember right, Young's shooting numbers while guarded by Bridges were terrible, but he still dropped 30+. I point this out, because I think Mikal's been building up to a performance like this, so I'm optimistic that this will become more common.

Caveat though: Scorers as good as Young and Morant will have nights where it's impossible to stop them. But the way Bridges defended both guys, he'd be a HUGE key in any 7-game series against a team with an elite POA defender.
