Zo is too up and down with his focus levels which is why his minutes get played with.

but his focus levels pretty much match up with how his minutes are handled.....when Rondo is playing and Luke is giving Zo reduced playing time it seems to fukk with him

Luke needs to allow Zo to be the starter and Rondo to be the backup. Not Zo starts and plays 27 min while Rondo plays 28 min and finishes the game. Zo needs at least 30-32 min a game whether Rondo is available or not.
