Doesn't Kawhi celebrate 4th of July at home in Cali? Why would he fly out the day before, make some splashy announcement that he's re-signing with Toronto, then come back home the next day?

This seems more like he's saying his goodbyes before making his announcement back home tomorrow or later in the week.
