I'm not tripping off of any of the news. The first reports saying Kawhi would meet with the two LA teams Monday and Tuesday and then fly to Toronto on Wednesday to meet with the Raptors. Everything seems to be going according to that plan. Other than that nothing to read in to and the announcement will come when it does. This huge change of he's 100% signing with Lakers to he's 100% signing with Raptors is crazy.

It really is crazy and in spite of the agonizing wait this has been a very professional and classy way of doing things. It’s refreshing in such a self absorbed world to see someone respect the process and everyone’s opportunity to speak so much.

The clippers to me were always a pipe dream, but I always viewed Toronto as the real threat. The one thing the Lakers can’t give him is the bond he’s developed with that team over the year right up to the championship. That’s the ultimate reason why we’d lose out. Also the RDA fiasco for violating the privacy. Otherwise, we’ve got great odds.
