You’ve been really thirsty to see the Lakers fail. I know misery loves company and your bum ass bulls will always be trash and never deserved Jordan to begin with.....but I think we’ve given the league enough of a break from our regularly scheduled excellence.
But here’s the deal. Kawhi can simply sign a 2+1 and be eligible for the supermax later on instead of signing long term with the Raps. Also, the Clippers have been a gigantic smokescreen for months now. Kawhi can see the power of the Lakers brand just in the fact that the AD deal completely overshadowed his championship celebration. The clippers don’t have a brand that powerful whether they’re in LA or not. You’ve gotta be simple as fukk to think that Kawhi would downgrade his own brand by joining the B team in LA after they just made a splash.
