Ingram will not want to come back if the deal fails and I don't blame him, this team has been putting him in rumors since year 1. Our young guys have 0 stability like other young guys would, Lonzo and Kuz love LA too much so they are okay with the trade abuse
LA should back out of the AD trade right now. They can win the Championship next season without making the AD trade. They have enough assets to bring in multiple players ( #4 pk, cap space, multiple young players)..Don't waste all of your assets on one player, especially an injury prone player.
1. Use the cap space to bring in one or two FA's
2. Use the #4 pk to bring in a starting SG,C.or PF
3. Trade one of the young players for a dependable bench player
4. Use the MLE to sign Ariza, etc...
5. Use the Vet minimum to sign Gibson,etc...
Do not gut the roster for A.Davis.
