Keeping Rondo is just asinine...He can't shoot or defend...You can't have an aging pg who can't shoot or defend backing up a starting PG who can't shoot and is injury prone. The Lakers should target D.Collison with the MLE. Collison is a career 47%/39%/85% shooter and he's a solid defender. Collison was born and went to school in California. Collison made 10 million this season The MLE next season is projected to be 9.2m.

If LA likes Rondo's leadership that much, they should hire him as an assistant coach.
