My whole thing about it though is while bad moves were definitely made (especially Beasley or Lopez, letting Randle go, and giving away Zubac) this team was still the 4th seed and rolling before getting hit with massive injuries. I'm pissed with how the season turned out to and hate the clown show it's become, but at the same time with the blessing of health I see no reason why they couldn't have got up to at least the 3rd seed. shyt even Golden State seemed to struggle with any injuries. Hardly any team in the league could withstand the injuries the Lakers were hit with to their best players. I think this is a learning experience for the front office, Jeanie, and Luke as they are all relatively inexperienced. I think booting everybody will had even more to the instability that has plagued the franchise the last few years. IMO this was a chance for everybody to grow together but then the Lebron signing put everything on the fast track.

the injuries are one thing......but Magic/Rob/Bron/Rich/etc and their actions are a whole nother thing and that's why we dont look good out here.

His agent who fukking hates the Lakers who also represents Randle never said that, in fact, that's the primary reason why he has beef with the Lakers. Because they didn't trade for PG. PG was more than willing to stay with the Pacers for his last year and sign with the Lakers next year but after the Pacers made it known that he was getting traded, he wanted the Lakers to trade for him but they didn't want to because they felt like they could get him next year. It was on Woj's podcast.

2) Plans changed. He had fun playing with Westbrook and his year in OKC didn't end how he wanted to.
