A purely digital and AI artist doesn’t scare me. It’s when the AI gets good enough to sound like an actual artist, or actual artists/labels use it behind closed doors with a real person in front of it. The artist is Black, but his lyrics are written largely with the help of AI…and it’s probably baked into their contract that they can’t say anything about its use.
