Well honestly you have a lots of factors thst go into that. There are non grads that can make more and grads that make less. Example, there are plant worker here in alabama in their 20's making 60k plus, teachers in that same age bracket making 28-35k. Graduating from college doesnt guarantee anything but the chances are higher given you're in the right field.

its hard to parent when you have to work multiple jobs in severe poverty. at the end of the day this is an issue of poverty. parents cant parent because they have to work, children do poorly in school, drop out, "cost money" to society, have kids, have to work multiple jobs, cant parent etc

it would seem to me that the investment in education should not only be for kids, but for adults as well. generational problems should have generational solutions.
