She did, I remember last year in the thread that was something that was speculated about when she told Norman. The way she treats Dylan and the issues she has.
Throughout the entire episode, I'm sitting there saying Dylan looks identical to Caleb, then Norma drops the ETHER, that indeed her brother is her son's father
