McVay isn't matching wits with Sirianni. They both are offensive minded coaches. This is McVay vs Fangio.. Kellen Moore vs whoever their DC is.

Sirianni has to just not get in the way of his coordinators, make sure he's making the proper situational calls and not flub the timeouts.
