I bought a condo years back. I sent "David" to do all the leg work and he sealed the deal. He even Jewed the previous owner down a couple of grand.

I went there a few weeks after to rent it to some clients. The previous owner was there and said:

"Oh, are you here to rent out the place?

"No, I actually own this place."

"Wait, doesn't David own this place?"

"Nope, he's my employee. I own the company."

"Oh really?"

"Anything else?"

"Er, no problem sir"

This clown goes off to clearly make a call to David (which he confirmed later) and came back acting like a white slave.

"Sorry about that earlier sir. I had just never seenyou before. Anything else I can help you with?"

"Yeah, you can leave."
