Some of us will struggle to assimilate more than others. There needs to be a give and take as black people in the workforce. You'd have to be a black man to understand how many emotional black women we deal with on a daily basis. Whether its a coworker,or a woman in a leadership role. We could easily waltz right into HR/upper management and report them. But a good black man gives grace to our women. Same way you did with this man today.
If women are going to continue to be in leadership roles,we need a complete overhaul in how they are trained to lead. The current model is far less conduscive to the current environment
