If what OP says is true about the simps posting habits, wouldn't the easiest way to find the simp be to:
1) find the last 3 big exposure threads
2) export the "members who replied this thread" page from those 3 exposure threads
3) compile list of top 20 users from those 3 exposure threads
4) reconcile the list created in step 3 with the list of users who have commented in this thread

should take no longer than 30mn tops really

I think it was mentioned earlier that the culprit did not post in this thread so this would be a good filter to find em
