nikka, you're acting like we aren't going to get a pick.

Check my record, I've never been the nikka to boast about losing.

I'm just hoping we choose correctly wherever we are.

You keep cooking, though.
choosing correctly aint gon mean shyt if the player you need aint there and someone took him from you:mjgrin:

yall know damn well you would have preferred to lose:russ:

nikkas in here fronting like "how pathetic that you have to boast about losing:hhh:"

Yeah nikka we gon talk shyt cause its gonna help us in this high-quality draft

Lord knows you nikkas need it more than we do(we got a Big 3 core+ good bench players like Portis, Denzel, and Nwaba) that Frank nikka from what I heard aint looking that good:sas2: All yall got is whatever KP(wish him the best of luck to bounce back with no lost step:salute:) is gonna be when he returns
Of course I’d of loved the L but it’s the Knicks and we’ve been doing dumb shyt since the season started, our star player went down and we still chasing wins and not letting youth cook. It is what it is breh:yeshrug:

You have a good night though my g:myman:

Im just sayin breh, yall know deep inside that yall need to lose to get a player from this draft to help Kristan. Winning these games is not helping yall

in this day and age of Ball you cant just be satisfied with one young star or potential star

you need two or more, all the teams that will be contenders in the 2020s have them

76ers- Embid, Ben, Fultz
Wolves- Wiggins, Towns
Lakers- Ball, Ingram, and Randle
Celtics- Brown and Tatum
Bulls- Dunn, Zach, and Markkanen

we got Dunn, Zach, and Lauri, losing to yall helped us get to our goal of adding another piece to the puzzle and on the road of competing. Yall need to get KP some help:manny:

I disagree, fans don’t like tanking as well. Some just know it’s a necessary evil to form a better core for your team when you’ve done nothing for a decade plus. It’s tired but I’ll say it again, the fact that we’re winning with people who won’t be here in the long term, not giving young players enough playtime and yanking them quick is the problem especially when you know the playoffs aren’t feasible. Management doesn’t seem to be be doing a good good job at managing all aspects of the team.

That being said this team won’t ever get anywhere till the right people are in place management and players.

The pick is likely gonna turn into Sexton come draft time. If that ends up the case then the Knick will desperately need a 3 and d wing player, and when it comes to the sf position they're hard to find. Aaron Gordon would be a good look this off-season if the Knicks can get under the cap and he can be signed to a reasonable contract. I think the Mavs are gonna throw crazy bread at him or Julius Randle, but its worth a shot.

He said the same shyt:dwillhuh:

Yall was kissing his ass earlier in the season, now yall want him gone. That's why certain Knicks fans don't deserve to see this organization win shyt.

:childplease:
He said the young dudes on the squad should go to the G-League to develop:skip:

Burke's comments were rather tame in comparison :comeon:

Kanter's act was tolerable while we were competitive early on, now its just annoying and corny :aicmon:

Long-term I've maintained the same opinion on Kanter throughout the season, after next season if he stays on with a reasonable contract cool :yeshrug:

If not, :camby:

You don’t want to play gordon at the 3 tho. He should be a 4. Either trading Lee and Thomas or hoping Kanter ops out would give us over 25 million to play with in free agency. We’d have to throw a lot of it at Milwaukee, LA or Orlando. I’d take Randle, Parker and then Gordon in that order. I can see Randle as the most likely available tho.

With drafting Sexton, i don’t mind us being week at the 3 cause the 2019 draft wing heavy like this draft is big heavy. I can see some solid pieces falling to the second round too this year.

(Btw, this is all hopes and dreams cause there’s no way we find a team to unload Lee and Thomas on, nor is Kanter opting out in the climate. I just like doing this “what a smart organization SHOULD DO” exercise this time of year when the seasons been over for months already)
