i want mike porter but that was a nice win
ive never heard of a player gettin bought out with 2 years left on his contract
I really wonder where he's gonna go. Pretty sure I saw a report that he's been cleared to start practicing and getting into shape. Those predraft physicals are gonna be big for him.
One of the main reasons why the Knicks passed on DSJR was due to his injury issues and refusal to let Knick team doctors perform their own physical/health assessment on him. If Michael Porter is available at whatever pick we end up with, and he pulls something similar to what DSJR did last draft year, do you or anyone else think the Knicks brass should pass on him? Or is he so good that he's worth the risk?
Just tryin to see what the general feeling is on using a lotto pick on a player who is a injury risk/has a injury history
As opposed to using that pick on a player whose ceiling may not be as high but is less of an injury risk?
Thoughts?
Idk if you brehs remember Deb Placey from back in day at MSG Network, I interviewed her, hope you enjoy if you listen
