they actually run a hell of a lot more pnr with frank letting him be a decision maker in this game compared to the last few
in the prior few... frank would pass the ball to lee or something...and they'd run a whole set without him seeing the ball again.
not many point guards can be effective without the ball. he aint steph curry.

frank is being more aggressive on the pick and roll, is looking to shoot, drive, and like i mentioned earlier, even attempted to dunk over someone (something he has never done)
playing against a shytty team probably plays a factor in his confidence
but its still a good sign
and like you can see, when he shows effort and aggression, horn lets him finish games. when he plays dead and shook, he comes out
