I still think that there's an outside chance of this team slipping in the top five, but I agree; pick's probably in the 7-12 range. Yeah, they're gonna need to draft another high end talent in the lottery this year. Only having on one superstar on the roster to compete against potential juggernauts like Boston and Philadelphia in the same division and conference is not gonna cut it unfortunately.
This what I been saying, the winning this season is pointless.

One second people are ok with the tank, then you win a couple games and they thinking about hoisting that Larry O'Brien in June and every loss is the worst ever :russ:
To be fair...the reason they feel like that is because they buy into the entertainment aspect.

It's fun as fukk to be a fan like that. The roller coaster ride is what people watch dramas for.

The analytics shyt and the dry analysis of draft spot watching pays off with superstars, true, but pound for pound, I'd gamble that brehs who buy in every season have more fun watching.:manny:
I see a lot of Giannis talk for 2021, but if you want him the smart play would be to draft his brother whenever he comes out so you have a back channel to Giannis open :hubie:
Low key, we did that with Thanasis.:ehh:

Looking at the parity in both conferences...I think the deadline could wind up being a buyer's market...there's still a lot of reason to appreciate the tank opportunity if it takes over as the road games pile up. If we got a playoff team, that's great but a tank shift in which guys like Frank, Dotson and Willy start to pick up minutes and the KOQ's, Lee's and Lances are back to being dangled to 8 seed chasers or above is not something I'd be upset about. The kids would struggle but maybe they could learn and we'd get to see the development nightly. This was always a win-win year to me but landing a Doncic or Bagley would make this potentially transformational so I'd be cool with things shifting but we need to get the young guys in there for me to really be happy.

After this season we can fire Hornacek and hire David Fizdale. :blessed:
:gucci:

They have the slowest pace in the league.

Would that be a good move for us?

I actually love slower pace and ball movement throughout the 24 seconds in order to get the right shot but it seems Horn has these young guys over performing w/ his frenetic pace.

Sell me on him.
