frank is explosive enough to get in the lane
he's just so scared of stepping on peoples toes.....he looks around to pass it and hesitates giving the defense that split second to recover.
his head is always on a swivel...its a good and bad trait.
he just needs to be more decisive. (comes with experience and working on his craft)
he stutters on his floater and is afraid of drawing contact.
even if he has a zbo vertical he can finish at 6'5 with a 7 foot wingspan.
