Smoking is bad , but what about edibles...
I see this every day. The closet example to me 5/6 turned out great in one family, That one is a lil slow with speech and intellectual shyt. But the youngest is brilliant and consistently exceeds in school and just way beyond her years. She might be the 2nd most mature in her family at the age of 7.
I sincerely don't think it is too much to ask a woman to make a sacrifice for 9 months to abstain from any kind of drugs or alcohol, just to give the child the best chance of developing well. A pregnancy is growing a whole other human being who will already have to compete and survive in this world...can mama's womb not at least be a safe place to incubate for 9 months without her adding unnecessary stuff to her body? Barring a medical condition where a woman really had to use marijuana for some sort of relief, it really isn't a lot to ask a lady to chill on that for a short time. I'm surprised there are men who are cosigning this.
In the event she doesn't partake in any alcohol or drugs while pregnant, that is one less thing to feel guilty about in the event the child happened to be born with an issue. Dabbling in anything while pregnant...you'd always wonder if your baby has issues because of a choice you made. Just put the bottle and weed down.
