Far be it from me to question the legend Tom Hanks, but I watch this and I see Tom Hanks impersonating Mr. Rogers, not being Mr. Rogers, ala when I watch Ray I don't see Jamie Foxx, but rather Ray Charles.

I am sure Tom will do a great job though and will get his mannerisms down pact but the voice to me is still Tom Hanks'.
