is the murs/9th good??

Very good. Easily the best behind 3:16 and Murray's Revenge. With time, it could even go number 2 to me.

It's much better produced than the last 2, and I like the subject matter more. Sweet Lord had the no cussing thing which i didn't love, and Fornever had the "west coast album sound" theme which I also felt didn't entirely work.

It's very focused and tight.

This is pretty weak. Murs def got the better batch.

This also needed a few more guests because Buck is sadly :flabbynsick: in 2012

:whew: @ murs gettin the hot beats while Buck raps on these throwaways

I definitely have to say I like the Murs beats a lot better, although I don't know if I'd call these throwaways. 9th has a very specific sound he does with Buck that he does not do with anyone else, period, and if you look at their first two albums, people generally love the beats or hate them.

A cool note, but 9th always makes Murs' beats ahead of time, and when Murs comes, 9th has the 10 beats laid out, often in order, and then Murs writes to them.

is this shyt any good :usure:

Honestly after one listen, I don't know if I've ever had this little feel for an album. I honestly feel like it could be my favorite OR least favorite out if their trilogy. I can't even call it man.

Buckshot's career kinda got squandered. I remember during the time Boot Camp was pretty popular, he was supposed to have a solo called "The Night" or some shyt, but it just never happened. by the time the BDI Thug and the 2nd Black Moon album came out, they had kinda missed their time

the last Buck & 9th album was one of 9th's best efforts for any team up album. so many heaters on that one.

hat's my favorite of all their stuff. One of the best 9th produced albums period.

That was when 9th first started using the MPC. He did 5 on the MPC on there, and I remember he had a contest to see if anyone could guess which 5 were MPC and no one guessed the right 5.
