This game depends on if the slashers on 08 can get the big in foul trouble. If not, 92 by 12-15 points.
This isn’t an argument . Prime bean locking up anybody he needs to . He’s got the accolades y’all can’t take that from him .
Using accolades that we know were based on reputation by that point of his career creates room for an argument though.

Kobe lost mad weight that summer so that he could play better defense. Kobe is picking up MJ full court every single time. Y’all dudes forget Kobe has the most all nba defense team selections for a guard EVER . Redeem team lead by Kobe to get the dub just like in the gold medal game in 08 .

Ok who gonna guard Barkley, David Robinson, Mailman and Drexler?

Redeem Team would out run the Dream Team, they'd annihilate them in transition. Dream team would pummel them inside and in the half court.

It depends on who can control the pace honestly :yeshrug: I'll pick the Redeem team cuz they my generation :lolbron:

If I could put '08 Kobe on the '12 team, I think they'd beat the Dream Team. Redeem Team? Ehh, a little iffy after the starting lineup.

I'll put Kobe, KD, and Bron against anyone.

My ranking:

1992
2012
2008

1996 was a great team as well but we're missing the shot creators the others had.

The Redeem Team is taking that.

D-Wade, Kobe, LeBron in their primes :wow:

96 dream team had the best group of guys in their prime imo. Pretty sure that's the only team to have every player be an all star during that year

That frontcourt of Shaq, hakeem, Malone, Barkley and Robinson is probably the best group of big men on any team ever. Plus you had Hill and Pippen at the 3

96 team might be the best

I agree with you in that his accolades are well deserved, but nobody is locking up Jordan. Just not like nobody is locking up Kobe.

With that said, I give the edge to Jordan.

Kobe has shown more of a propensity to shoot his teams OUT of games, more than Jordan.

Better shot selection and a more steady mental approach goes to Jordan. I feel 92 Jordan's strength and athleticism also is better than any athletic version of Kobe (and 92 Jordan wasn't even his athletic peak, 87-90 was Jordan's athletic peak).
